Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered valid once it has been successfully recorded on vk223's servers. Bets that are not confirmed due to a missing confirmation screen or network issues will not be accepted. A unique bet ID will be issued for every successful bet.

Odds Changes

If odds change after your bet is confirmed, the original odds at the time of placement will apply. However, for live betting, if the odds change before the bet is processed, the updated odds will apply.

Bet Cancellation

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, vk223 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If suspicious betting patterns are identified, vk223 may withhold payouts until the investigation is complete.

Minimum & Maximum Bet

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market and are clearly displayed in the betting interface. vk223 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Vk223 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to all bonus usage:

Rollover Requirements

Every bonus comes with a specific rollover or wagering requirement. For example, a 3x rollover means you must place bets totalling three times the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been met.

Bonus Validity

• Each bonus has a specified validity period, which is stated on the bonus offer page.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

Bonus Abuse

• Withdrawals will always be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if suspicious activity is detected.

Currency

All transactions on vk223 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For transactions in foreign currencies, the prevailing market exchange rate will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vk223. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.

• Money Laundering: Using vk223 as a vehicle for money laundering is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
• Fraud & Deception: Claiming bonuses or benefits using false information, or engaging in hacking or any other fraudulent activity.
• Multiple Accounts: If a person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• Bots or Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets on vk223 is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a result or participating in match-fixing is a serious offence.
• Account Sale or Transfer: Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

If vk223 detects any suspicious activity, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. If irregularities are confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken.

Limitation of Liability

Vk223 is not liable for: bets not placed due to internet connectivity issues, service disruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure events, or financial losses resulting from a member's own decisions.
